Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.
An ideal canidate will be very detail oriented, eager to learn and good with people.
Some expirence in construction is preferred but not manditory.
Must have reliable transportation and some computer skills.
Duties:
- Drive to sites and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project - Coordinate with contractors for tasks not yet completed.
- Keep records of status of each property and repairs.
- Meet with clients during inspections.
- Quality assurance
Qualifications:
-Reliable transportation -Excellent communication skills - Experience with apple products preferred (not manditory) - Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to juggle multiple properties at once each with different tasks all with dealines and objectives to meet.
