5K - $50K a year Main function This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for the satellite medical practices, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner; performing financial oversight, office and, insurance administration, and personnel management duties.
Duties and responsibilities 1.

Financial practices Uses facility resources appropriately and avoids wasteful practices Analyzes work area and makes recommendations for potential cost-effective improvements 4.
Compliance program Follows State, Federal and accrediting-body regulations Complies with established policies and procedures 5.

Duties Posts charges, payments, and adjustments.
Processes patient/insurance collections Prepares daily deposits, including the change envelope, credit card transaction receipts, and petty cash reconciliation Manages postage meter, mail sorting, and post office activities Answers questions in a clear and polite manner; reviews clinical charts/computer files as necessary to answer questions Assist administration maintain an effective system for employee personnel files and records ensuring legal documentation Creates and/or maintains employee orientation protocols Provides leadership, guidance, training, and expertise to staff members Establishes a high performance team that is efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, sharing responsibility for attaining the goals of the practice Collect patient payments and post charges Performs other duties as directed Responsibility for assets Responsible for the accurate accumulation of patient information and scheduling the patient accordingly Qualifications 1.

High school diploma or GED certificate 2.
Five years medical practice experience 3.
Strong financial background with previous bookkeeping experience 4.
