You will be required to perform retail store operational tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and add to our customer friendly environment.
The pace here is fast, but also very rewarding as you help to create a positive shopping experience to ensure the customers leave with not only a desire to return, but also to tell others about our amazing customer service.
Provide customer service via retail, internet, phone, fax and email, including:
Assisting customers to find the product or service best suited to meet their individual needs, while looking for opportunities to upsell and fulfill other areas, that they may not be aware we can provide.
Ensure the retail environment is properly stocked and merchandized in a way that is both functional and visually appealing.
Process cash, charge and account sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with the ordering and production of print service-related products, such as printing, laminating, and specialty products.
Able to multitask on customer service and merchandising.
Able to interact with and speak to customers.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs MUST be able to arrive on time, be dependable, be reliable and have a good work ethic.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Graduation or equivalent Excellent typing and computer skills Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Skills Ability to Work Under Strict Deadlines Strong attention to detail Prefer 1-year or more previous experience customer service skills in a telephone or retail environment.
Some typesetting.
Graphic design is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including publisher.
CorelDraw is a plus.
Drug Testing is required.

Both Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
This is an entry level position with room for advancement over time.
